Family counseling

Individuals, couples, and families grappling with a range of life challenges seek consultations with a counsellor.

Among the difficulties our clients commonly face are

developmental issues within the family unit, adapting to significant transitions such as marriage, the arrival of a child, a child commencing nursery or school, the tumultuous phase of adolescence, the separation of children from their parents, the challenges of ageing parents and a childless existence, parenting dilemmas, separation and divorce, marital and familial conflicts, developmental difficulties in young children, emotional challenges faced by adolescents, and behavioural disorders in children and teenagers.

Psychological counselling

is initiated with an initial conversation during which we delineate the focus of our work and the objectives we aspire to achieve.

Sessions are conducted in a conversational format

lasting up to 50 minutes and typically held on a weekly basis. These discussions are facilitated by a certified counsellor specialised in systemic family psychotherapy.

Our goal is growth, development, and support of our clients. Courageously, confidently, together!
